30-day money-back guarantee

All digital training guides come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of your order and we will issue a full refund.

Fair use of guide content

The 30-day guarantee does not change the licence terms for our content. Copying, screenshotting, screen-recording, redistribution, resale, or public sharing remains prohibited under our Terms & Conditions.

We may suspend library access for a serious or repeated breach of those content rules, but this does not remove any refund rights available under this policy or applicable law.

How to request a refund

Email us at kuba.germanshepherd@gmail.com with your order details, or reply to your Stripe receipt email. Refunds go back to the card you paid with and are usually processed within a few business days.

What happens after the refund

Once a refund is issued, your access to the refunded guide will be removed from your library. If you change your mind later, you are welcome to purchase the guide again at the current price.
