1. Seller information

2. What we provide

Kuba GSD publishes editorial content about German Shepherd ownership and sells digital training guides. All guides are original content written by us. Purchased guides are delivered through your personal online library and can be read on supported devices while you are signed in. They are not downloadable files.

3. Orders and payments

Payments are processed on our behalf by Stripe. Stripe handles the card details, payment authorisation and receipts; we never see or store your card information. Kuba GSD remains the seller of the guides and is responsible for delivering them.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site or our guides. This includes unlawful use, fraud or spam, infringement of intellectual property rights, and any attempt to interfere with the security or proper functioning of the site (including malware, probing or scraping).

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, images, branding, digital guides and code — is owned by Irina Yashin / Kuba GSD and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. When you purchase a guide, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own dog-training purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer or publicly share our guides.

6. No copying or redistribution

You may not screenshot, screen-record, download for redistribution, copy, share, publish, or otherwise reproduce any part of a guide outside your own personal use. Violating this clause may result in suspension or termination of your library access, without limiting refund rights available under our Refund Policy or applicable law.

7. Account responsibility

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

8. Warranties and liability

Our guides are based on personal experience and research, but every dog is different. We do not guarantee specific training results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties and exclude liability for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant guide in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or your library if you materially breach these terms, engage in fraud or security risks, or repeatedly violate our policies.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Austria.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
